The way I imagine today’s Seth is a bit like transmission of TV and Radio signals across the airwaves. The electromagnetic waves are all there, everywhere, but you have to tune in to a specific channel with a specific piece of equipment to tune in to a specific station ... like 21st century earth in 3D linear time. Of course, it’s way more complex than that, but you get the idea.
