The "Blinking" universe

The idea of a "blinking universe" is similar to the computer metaphor for manifestation.  On a computer screen (or TV screen) pixels flash at different frequencies (colours) at a rate faster than our perception to give the illusion of movement in time and 2-D space.  This is well described in the Lazaris tape: "Reality Creation: The Basics" which can be found here on my website:

“… when we get to study this area of amazing science of particles, we begin to dip into that which is termed the quality of a world of changing particles that don’t travel but fluctuate.  We are in a world where nothing travels anywhere in this quantum field because in the quantum field there isn’t time.  It is a field, indeed, in which that tiny field is supporting this larger picture.  In this field the Observer, either casually, commonly, or distinctly, is focusing, thinking, contemplating, and reacting.  The Observer is causing this field to blink out and reappear in total support of the dreaming mind of who you are.”
