Enfolding & Unfolding of States

Have a look at David Bohm's book "Wholeness and the Implicate Order" to get an appreciation of what Ramtha is talking about here.  Bohm's "Implicate Order" has profound philosophical implications ... including the action of consciousness in physics ... but it had virtually no traction among the mainstream physics community.  Too bad!

“Those subatomic particles, as it were, that constitute indeed the quantum level don’t live in time.  One particle could be in infinite positions at the same time.  Why is the awareness of your particular quantum field, the static field that it is, without the mobility of becoming an alternate field, if indeed it has these parallel experiences and probabilities?  In reality, in true reality, the alternate conjunctions of this state are infinite, but we don’t see them.
“The way that it works is that this state enfolds and unfolds a possible state within its existing state.”

Parallel States, Parallel Lifetimes

“If we are talking about parallel states, parallel lifetimes, we would be talking about parallel experience possibilities.  We have learned that a constant quantum field state is a state and it does not process the past, present, or the future as anything but what the state is, so there is no time.
“The nature of a parallel or shadow state of the quantum field would be that by altering or changing any of the landscape of this present state, according to its quantum arrangement, we have changed or repositioned the arrangement of experiential particles.  If we alter anything in this state, we have created a parallel state.  So, are there indeed shadow states that are yours?  Are there indeed parallel states which would form, indeed, your mind because they would be inextricably combined and be the pattern which your life would follow, the pattern of what would and wouldn’t be in your life?  Are there alternate states that would suggest simultaneous lifetimes?”
(Ramtha:  Parallel Lifetimes, Fluctuations in the Quantum Field)

Seth answers these questions in the following quote from "The Early Class Sessions", Book 1:

First of all, you must forget words like purpose and time. For as you have learned, they will impede your progress. They are limiting words. We shall give you better ones. I shall have to make up a dictionary for you. I will give you a vocabulary test. Pronunciation, meaning and spelling. Now as far as possible, you should divest yourselves of words that limit your concept. You must pretend that you are learning a new language and indeed you are. The language with which we are working, however, deals with far more than words. We must use words as you are aware of them. The words are all that shows, but beneath those words are actualities and realities. We can only hint at these with the use of words, and this is why we must be very careful as to which words we use. We must be very choosy and I know indeed that you are all very choosy people since you are here.

You are each a center and a focus point and an individuality, and around you are circling realities and you have an existence in each of these. The inner self is aware, but the conscious self is not aware. It seems to you as you read the session that you are small and tiny, with reality spinning about you that you can neither see nor understand, but this is not the case, for a part of you does know. You are a part of these encircling realities and your dreams and thoughts and wishes affect those realities even though you are not consciously aware of this. And when you pluck a finger into the air, then you disturb and change and alter other realities that you cannot see nor touch, and other realities in which a finger, as a finger, does not exist. One thought sends out ripples that change and alter. One of your own dreams rising out from you as its center, it touches and changes these other realities. There is no feeling that you have, there is no word that you utter, there is no thought hidden in the deepest environment of your brain that does not have a reality different than the one you know. That does not reach out and change and grow and alter worlds of which you have no knowledge.

So do not feel that you are powerless, do not feel that you are at the mercy of events, for you form events not only in this reality, but in these other realities which you do not consciously understand. Each move that you make is not multiplied a million times, not simply multiplied, but it reaches out and changes and alters and affects these other realities and it becomes a new action. It becomes a new action as it approaches and reaches other realities, and it in turn initiates action. For it will meet with responses, and these responses will be different. There is nothing that goes on in this room when you are here that goes on in this room alone. These meetings occur in this room, but they also occur in other realities, and when you come here to this class you are also attending a class on another level, and you are not aware of those classes, though I am aware of them. I am very aware of them, for while our friend Ruburt gives this class, I have been giving other classes and you have all been there. Education takes place on many levels.

A portion of yourselves exist also in many other realities. When these classes in this room are in progression, other portions of your own personality are attending other classes. You are fairly decent students on all levels, though I have not given you an A—that is because I am a difficult teacher. Now. This is an analogy—replicas of this room containing each of you exists now as you think of now in many other realities. Ruburt will explain electrical reality from our sessions. He will explain probabilities to you from our sessions. And you will see that while you are aware of simply one room and one time, and one evening and one class in your present moment, there are other rooms and other classes and you sit in them all. And each of you are given information according to the developments and characteristics of that particular portion of yourself who is attending.

In your terms, you are hanging out in space with nothing to support you and our friend here would be terrified of falling. You know that the physical floor does not support you, but you must pretend that the physical floor supports you or you would be dizzier than you are. So also at this moment in other realities do you sit, replicas of yourselves in other rooms and in other classes. And each moment as you know it, with this activity as you know it, exists in other realities, and you are a portion of these realities and you affect them. As you go out and speak to others now, and change them, so on other levels do you do the same, and so indeed are you also changed and affected.

This room could disconnect itself from this apartment building and go sailing blithely through space. And yet under many circumstances you would not be aware of it, for within the room if it sailed about evenly, the perspective would still be the same. And unless you looked out of the windows you would notice no change. But if the windows were sealed and closed, you would not know the difference, and so until you learn to look out of the windows to the inner selves, then you will not realize what your own environment consists of. For the perspective where you look is the same, and you have nothing to judge experience against.

Unfolding new possibilities

“All things are already known about you.  Then you would say, well, why bother learning anything if my state of affairs will always be?  Because all particles exist simultaneously in all levels, in all potentials, and in all possibilities, would that mean then that the very same particle quantum makeup of my state can be the same state but in infinite states of possibility?  Yes …

“Your state and all that it comprises – every position of every intelligent particle, every experiential intelligence of every grouping and its consciousness that is affecting mass – trickles all the way down to the dirt in your garden.  It isn’t just “My state has changed and here is nature.”  You cannot have a quantum state change unless that change is consistent throughout people, places, things, times, and events.

“If the static state of your quantum field that has given you life can be altered – the pattern in which all things can and cannot manifest in your life – is it really an alteration of the state or is it a possible state that exists already?

“Is it possible from your quantum state, and the atomic structures designed from it that constitute your mass, that all the structures of those atoms and indeed those subatomic particles are also manifested in the same moment in the Oort cloud?  Yes, but I just told you that was your own individual state, your own quantum state.  Yes, it is.  In the quantum world with no time, we would only find this irregular and discontinuous if we insisted on seeing the quantum state as a state of time.  That is when it would become irregular and discontinuous, but it is a state.  We call it that because it isn’t about time.  That which exists as a static place is called a state; it is not changing.  This state is past, present, and future, all in the same state.  Moreover, it is comprised in the quantum field.  Do you remember the mind of God?  All your quantum states don’t change; they fluctuate, and it is called a quantum fluctuation.

“This state is composing the matter, the large objects, in a state that is you and in which you exist.  Indeed, that state is also involved deeply into the quantum field.  However, a quantum fluctuation would have meant that there was not a change in this state but a state that already exists as a potential has now unfolded as a new state.  Remember the enfolding and unfolding of the implicate order?  Maybe in actuality it is the same state except shifted into a possibility that is now a state.

Now

This sounds a lot like Seth's "spacious present":
“In a quantum state, all past, present, and future exist simultaneously in what we call the Now.  There is only one place that the past, present, and future are in a constant Now and that is in the mind of God.  Indeed, the mind of God, as it were, is what comprises the quantum state, which is your individual state.  In other words, this state is secondary consciousness.”

Our static quantum state

“From birth to death, this is our state of being and nothing can enter our life that isn’t already in this state.  The reason it is called a state is because this isn’t about time.  There is no time in this state.  As the Good Book says, “I am the alpha and omega”.  In the beginning, there was the end.  In the quantum world, things don’t move.  If they did, there would be time in the quantum world, but there is no time and things don’t move there.  What they do is fluctuate and reposition the field.  They disappear.  They enfold and then unfold, but they don’t move.  There is not time in a quantum state.  That is why it is called a state, and it is a perpetual state in the quantum field.  All that you have been living, you have already in your state had.  It is called a state because it has no time, because your birth is known and so is your death.”

We are creating each moment from a quantum state

It's pretty awesome to realize that everything we perceive physically is popped out of a quantum field in each moment ... and we associate these individual perception moments with a frequency of about 50 times per second which gives us our sense of linear time.

“… All the large things you see around you are alive, but did you think these things were flung out intact at the big bang?  Are there refrigerators still floating out there in space somewhere?  No, it is coagulating matter. Everything large around you is actually composed of matter, all matter is comprised of atoms, and all atoms are created from the subatomic quantum field. …
“It would seem, as it were, that as you grow in your reality, your body, your life – people, places, things, times, and events – would have to follow this formula.  In other words, nothing outside, nothing below, nothing beside, can change the way you are creating reality because you are creating it from a static quantum state.”

Our quantum state - the pattern of our destiny

Today’s Ramtha builds upon the previous one.

Intent is very fundamental to our whole manifestation experience in this reality.  In fact, often when people attempt various manifestation techniques, they encounter unpredictable results or failure.  That is because there is a mismatch between what they think they want and what they really want … i.e. what their underlying intent really is.  Lazaris talked about this and gave an example where a person did a high-end manifestation technique to create a red corvette.  Sure enough, in 72 hours the car showed up in the neighbour’s driveway.  Why? … Because the underlying intent was to prove that manifestation doesn’t work.

In the Qabalah, the sequence of manifestation is: essence-energy-function-form.  Each of these stages involves greater and greater intent.

“Why then is this the pattern of your destiny?  Because in order to have a body, it must be comprised of intent, and the intent of the body is for experiencing of finishing what is yet undone and then making known the unknown, the engines of creation, as it were.  Indeed, your mind, your Spirit, your soul, your secondary consciousness, is following and is sprung from this pattern that is now going to engage this long thick river of consciousness.”

We each have a different quantum state

I guess today’s Ramtha quote is pretty obvious, but it is insightful to know that our uniqueness goes down to the very fabric of time and space.

In the 70’s a book was published entitled “Lazy Man’s Guide to Enlightenment”.  The idea was that, what we know as “us”, is like being mayor of a city with 50 trillion members (cells of the body).  Today’s Ramtha quote shows it’s actually much bigger than that.  It’s a good thing that all these physical components, all conscious, get along!!!!  Now it’s up to us to learn to get along just like them!

“This state means that in the world of the tiny, this is the pattern that you and the engines of your DNA are created from.  Every cell holds and is this quantum state.  We can’t see this state as something that is out there.  We can’t do that.  We have to subsume this state as us, like the stalk of the green stem of a flower that is pushing the flower through the green tube.  This is us.  I have a state; you have a state.”
