Interweaving of the Physical and Nonphysical

It is interesting to compare this quote with the Rita material.  The Rita material emphasizes the seamless connection between 3D and non-3D and that our 3D "plane" exists within a multidimensional space (what Metatron refers to as "Omni-Earth").

We've been taught to think of an impenetrable "veil" existing between our 3D physical perceptions and our non-3D selfhood.  When we truly get what Rita is saying, then quotes like this from Seth seem so obvious.
